Before contacting support

Try reloading StudyInk from chrome://extensions, then refresh the webpage you are annotating. Some browser-internal pages and tightly controlled websites cannot be annotated.

AI study notes

AI notes require your own valid OpenAI API key. StudyInk sends page content only when you select Generate study notes.
